Welcome to the on-line parent teacher interview booking system for Dr. Charles Best Secondary. You will be able to create an account, enter your children and then schedule interview times for you to meet with their teachers.

There are 2 schedules to book appointments. Clicking on the VIRTUAL schedule will upload appointment times to meet with a teacher over TEAMS.                        Clicking on the IN PERSON schedule will upload appointment times to meet with a teacher in person at the school. 

Please select your appointment times carefully. Please take note of the schedule title to ensure you're booking the correct appointment type.

TEAMS interviews will only be held between 2:00pm-4:00pm. These interviews are NOT held at the school. 

In-person interviews will only be held between 5:00pm-7:00pm in the small and large gymnasiums. 

You will find the system very easy to use and it will take only a few minutes to setup your account, your children and your appointments.

RETURNING USERS: the system is purged at the end of each year, so please register for an account; you can use the same user id and password. 

1.  Register for an account by clicking the "REGISTER" menu tab and filling in the on-line form. Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the "Register Now" button.
2.  Add your children into the system by clicking the "Add a Student" button.  Click the "Insert New" button to add more children.
3.  Click the "date" icon beside each child's name to schedule appointments.  Select the staff you wish to book appointments with and the "View Calendars" button.  Use the "Ctrl" or "Command" key to select multiple staff to view at the same time.
4.  Click on available time slots to book your appointments to make your bookings.
